General Terms and Conditions of use.
Terms and Conditions for Membership, Payment, and Use of the Services of the Association of Black Caviar Traders in Bulgaria.
1. Information About the Association
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Association of Black Caviar Traders in Bulgaria (ABCTB), on the one hand, and its members, donors, and website visitors abctb.eu, on the other hand.

2. Definitions
- "Association" / "ABCTB", Association of Black Caviar Traders in Bulgaria.
- "Member", a natural person or legal entity that has accepted the Bylaws, paid the membership fee, and received confirmation of active membership.
- "Website", the abctb.eu web platform.
- "User", every visitor to the website, regardless of their registration status.
- "Donor", a person who made a financial contribution to the “Restore the Danube” campaign.
3. Membership Categories
The association offers three membership categories:
- Individuals, for private connoisseurs and collectors.
- Legal Entities, for companies in the premium segment: manufacturers, distributors, and restaurants.
- Corporate Clients, for companies and sponsors with a long-term commitment.

4. Payment and Billing
- Membership dues are paid annually.
- Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card via Stripe; bank transfer (for legal entities and corporate customers only).
- For legal entities and corporate clients, an invoice with VAT is issued in accordance with Bulgarian accounting laws.
- A pro forma invoice is generated for bank transfers. Membership is activated once the payment is credited to the Association's account.
5. Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable once membership has been activated, except in the cases provided for by the Consumer Protection Act (Article 50 of the Consumer Protection Act, right of withdrawal within 14 days for distance contracts with individuals, provided that the service has not yet been used).
Donations are non-refundable once processed, except in the case of a proven technical error during processing.
6. Renewal and Termination
- Membership may be automatically renewed when paying by card if the user has selected this option. Automatic renewal can be turned off at any time in the user's account.
- Bank transfers are not automatically renewed. Renewal occurs only after a new request and payment are made.
- Membership is terminated:
- upon expiration of the paid period without renewal;
- upon submission of a written request by the member;
- in the event of a violation of the Articles of Association or these General Terms and Conditions, by a resolution of the Board of Directors.
- Upon termination, membership resources (closed documents, directory profile) are deactivated. The membership history is not deleted from the Association's records.
7. Members' Rights and Obligations
Members have the right to:
- to participate in the Association's events;
- to gain access to the restricted resources corresponding to their category;
- to be listed in the public directory of members;
- to express opinions and propose initiatives in line with the Association's goals.
Members agree to:
- to comply with the Articles of Association and these General Terms and Conditions;
- to pay their membership dues by the specified deadlines;
- to provide accurate and up-to-date information;
- not to damage the Association's reputation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, design, and source code) is the property of the Association or its partners and is protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without written permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Association takes care to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up-to-date, but assumes no responsibility for temporary unavailability of the service, technical errors, or incomplete data provided by third parties (including members of the board of directors).
The Association assumes no liability for commercial relationships between members and third parties that arise based on information from the public directory.
10. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions.
11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes that arise shall be resolved amicably; if this is not possible, they shall be resolved by the competent Bulgarian court.
Consumers can use the European Commission's online alternative dispute resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
12. Amendments
The Association reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions. Material changes will be posted on the website and, if necessary, communicated to members via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
