Black caviar and Gregorian chants made Antonovden an unforgettable experience
In an atmosphere of refined luxury and artistic ease, distinguished guests celebrated St. Anthony’s Day with a unique luncheon, where black caviar was the star of the celebration.
Among the special guests were Georgi Pandurov, former soloist with the Cologne Opera and founder of the Bulgarian male choir “Gregorian Voices,” fashion expert Iliana Alipieva, singer Ivana, and His Majesty Ivan Tenev.
Chef Valentin Nikolov revealed the magic of black caviar through a series of impressive culinary interpretations, proving that this delicacy can be an affordable treat for any menu.
Emil Arabadjiev, chairman of the Association of Black Caviar Traders in Bulgaria and host of the celebration, thanked the donors in attendance for their generous support of the organization’s initiatives. “To give means you have something to give,” he said, surrounded by the smiling faces of the guests.
The luncheon was attended by official guests, patrons, and connoisseurs, making it a true celebration of good taste and shared moments.

Royal Black Caviar Presented at an Exquisite Tasting Event in Sofia
On December 20, 2024—a significant date for the organizers—the historic Czech Club on Krakra Street in Sofia hosted an elegant wine tasting.
"AEmillius Caviar" presented its "Royal Selection"—an exceptional black beluga caviar bearing the personal coat of arms of His Majesty Simeon II.
Through this special caviar, the monarch is expressing his support for promoting high-quality Bulgarian black caviar in Bulgaria and on global markets.
Master Chef Bozhana Katsarova turned the day into a culinary journey, while Milen Keremedchiev — a diplomat in His Majesty’s cabinet and a digital influencer with millions of followers — shared his admiration for the combination of caviar and avocado.
The tasting was attended by members of the Black Caviar Traders Association, experts from the tourism industry, and black caviar connoisseurs.

“It’s only natural for a river to have fish. Let everyone who has eaten caviar from Danube fish make a donation! Anyone who has heard of the Danube River—too. We have a wonderful opportunity to restore our river together.”
